Fee Structure
The accounting department is responsible for recording and reporting the cash flow transactions of a company. This department has some key ro l es and responsibilities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, financial reporting, and maintaining financial controls.
The fee does not include Registration fee, Enrollment Fee, Examination Fee or any other fee charged by the University in accordance with government orders. All issues related to fee are the sole prerogative of the government/university and any change may be made by these entities. Applicability of these changes shall be binding upon each student. Any fee once paid is neither refundable nor adjustable under any circumstances whatsoever, after completion of the admission process.
The fee of the Institute is based on the recommendation of Fee Fixation Committee

Boys Hostel Fees for Session 2026-27
Hostel CHARGES For Vivekanand Boys Hostel for Academic session 2026-27 have been revised, the revised charges would be effective wef new academic session 2026-27. The revised charges are as under-

- Financial concession of 4% is available to students who pay entire session fees (Hostel) upfront.
- For registration of Hostel accommodation, initial registration charges are Rs30000.00
- (Rupees thirty thousand ) and remaining fees must be paid in two quarterly installments. For example if a student registers hostel accommodation in June 2026, first installment falls due in September, 2026 and second installment falls due in December 2026. Entire hostel dues must be paid before 28th February 2027.
- If a student opts for vacating Hostel accommodation before completion of academic session, monthly charges as per “C” would be levied along with financial fine of Rs10000.00 ( BREACH IN CONTRACT) .
Girls Hostel Fees for Session 2026-27
Girls hostel fees for Academic session 2026-27 with additional new feature of “ MONTHLY PAYMENT SCHEME”, subject to advance payment of one quarter fees along with registration amount of Rs 30000.00 for allotment of hostel accommodation.

For example if a student has applied for hostel accommodation in the slab of Rs81000.00 in June, 2026 , for allotment she has to pay Rs30000.00, first installment of Rs 25500.00 falls due on 30.09.2026 and second installment of Rs25500.00 payable on 31.12.2026. It is possible that student may take hostel accommodation in July or August 2026. Accordingly, entire hostel dues must be paid before February 2027.

Transport Fees 2026-27 GGI
Due to steep hike in petrol, diesel and other expenses, it has been decided to increase transport fees for academic year 2026-2027. Additional feature of payment of transport fees on yearly, half yearly and monthly basis is made available for above academic session. Students paying entire session fees upfront are eligible for 4% rebate in transport fees.
The revised fee schedule is as under:

- NOTE- Financial fine will be levied if transport fee is not paid as per schedule above.
- Unauthorized use of transport facility is not allowed, if any student found using transport facility without registration, strict action may be taken against him/her.
